2. What data do we process?
We only process the personal data that users voluntarily provide through the website's contact form: full name, company or organization, email, entity type and the content of the message. We do not collect personal data through any other automated means on this site.
3. What is the purpose of processing your data?
We process the data provided for the purpose of:
- Responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- Managing the pre-contractual or commercial relationship that may arise from that inquiry.
4. What is the legal basis for processing?
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given expressly by checking the acceptance box for this policy before submitting the form, as well as, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
5. How long do we keep the data?
Data will be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the relationship, or for as long as needed to handle the inquiry raised, and in any case until the data subject requests its deletion, without prejudice to any retention periods required by applicable law.
6. Who receives the data?
Data received through the contact form is received at info@tenthman.org and is processed exclusively by authorized Tenthman personnel. Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.
For the operation of the website and the management of corporate email, Tenthman may rely on technology providers (hosting, messaging) acting as data processors, which could be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the international transfer is carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another valid mechanism recognized by law).
7. What are your rights?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Tenthman is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to:
- Access their personal data.
- Request rectification of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected for.
- Request restriction of processing under certain circumstances.
- Object to processing.
- Request data portability.
These rights can be exercised by sending a request, together with a copy of an identification document, to legal@tenthman.org. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

The data processed comes directly from the data subject, through the website's contact form.

Tenthman has adopted the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the personal data processed and to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks to which it is exposed.
10. Minors
This website's contact form is aimed at professionals and representatives of companies, administrations and organizations. It is not aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors through this site.

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect legislative changes or changes in how data is processed. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
